There is a sitting loft located in the masters suite -The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. One of which has it's own private bathroom. There is an additional shared bathroom for the remaining two first floor bedrooms -The indoor pool area is separately closed off by doors. In this area you will find the outdoor kitchen area with the bar and grill. Additionally, this is where the pool table, foosball table, and hot tub are located. -All linens, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner is provided -Smart TVs in living room and master bedroom, TVs in other bedrooms currently inoperable Guest access Guest will access the house through the gated community. There is always a gate guard on duty. We will relay your information to them for easy access to the neighborhood. You will have access to the entire house during your stay. Other things to note We care deeply about providing a clean and safe place for all our guests and their families! If the cleanliness is not up to a 5 star-standard, including the pool or hot tub, guest must contact us within 24 hours of first day and we will send our professional cleaning crew as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub are cleaned once per week on Wednesdays. BYOP: Bring your own passwords to access streaming applications! Guests must swim in the pool and use the hot tub at their own risk. This also includes the use of the diving board. There is no lifeguard on duty. Watch children at ALL times in the pool area. No running or glass around the pool area.
