This spacious 4+ bedroom home overlooking beautiful Fawn Lake is the perfect get-away & even includes an attached garage for your use. Access the Oswego County ATV system and C-5 Snowmobile trail right from your driveway & enjoy the amazing Tug Hill trail system which will take you to the Adirondacks & beyond. Visit the NY State Salmon Hatchery less than 2 miles away and also the scenic Salmon River Falls less than 4 miles away! The Main floor features a spacious great room with wood beams, living room & dining room with plenty of seating, fully applianced kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, single cup Keurig, 2 slice toaster, blender, electric range, and refrigerator w/water & ice maker. You will enjoy the convenience of WIFI and high speed internet. There's no shortage of entertainment with 6 flat screen TV's and 4 DVD players. The main floor offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a full bed and twin bunkbeds. The upstairs also features a full bath, Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, Bedroom 4 with a double bed and twin bunkbeds. The lower level offers a room with with one queen bed and twin bunk beds, laundry room/mud room and 1 car garage. ***Please note we do NOT provide linen service. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, etc. All beds have pillows (without pillowcases) and a bedcover/quilt.*** The home is heated with a combo of zoned electric heat and propane for maximum comfort. Window air conditioners for bedrooms and living room are provided in the summer (June-August). The attractive rustic decor, exposed beams, and pine add to the warm relaxing feeling you deserve while you are on vacation. Outside features a fire pit facing the lake. Cut firewood is available in our woodshed for your convenience. Beautiful Fawn lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, canoeing, birding and kayaking. There is 1 canoe with oars, 4 kayaks with paddles, a rowboat and a paddle boat available for your use. In the summer, you will enjoy the dock and private beach. Enjoy great views of the lake from the home, picnic area, and screened porch, front and back deck. Propane grill on the back deck with multiple picnic tables on the grounds.
