Spacious and Private Bedroom

This is a brand new, lovely, private and spacious bedroom w/shared bathroom. All is new: Paint, and bedroom set with a Queen-Size tempurpedic bed w/private entrance. The kitchen and bathroom is to be shared with Akiko and guests. Fantastic location! The space It's a nice size room with a very comfy brand new queen size bed with a tempurpedic mattress. The room also features brand new desk, dresser, night table, couch, closet, WIFI, plenty of light and super clean. The bathrooms are shared with other guests and Akiko. Guests have full access to the kitchen area. Parking is on the street and a free parking pass will also be provided. All this is located only 1/2 block of SMC and only 18 blocks to the beach. The brand new Metro built will take our guest to just 2 blocks to the house and from there, our guest will be able to ride the metro to our world famous beaches of Santa Monica, shopping and restaurants as well as to watch the Laker's game in Downtown LA or have a cozy dinner in Little Tokyo for less than two Dollars. The house also has a brand new Airbright Ultraviolet Air Purifier/AC/Heating system installed that will benefit our guests health and wellbeing. Business License # 219881. Guest access Guests may use front door to enter the house or the private door to the room. There's a lovely yard with a table, chairs and umbrella to chill while having some coffee or an evening cocktail. During your stay Guests may interact with host and other guests if they wish.
