This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. -Minimum Rental Age: 18 years+ -Non-Smoking Unit -Summit does not allow pets PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
