Located just minutes from downtown San Antonio, the property offers convenient access to top attractions, including Six Flags, SeaWorld (less than half a mile away), and upscale shopping at La Cantera. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Grocery stores, restaurants, and retail options are all nearby for added convenience. A minimum of three guests is required for booking. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. The space This large two-story home provides beds to accommodate 4 guests, futons to accommodate 2 guests, and inflatable beds for up to 2 more quests. All bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with smart TV’s and TV streaming services. From the time you enter the home, you will encounter modern décor and serene living and gathering spaces. The stainless-steel kitchen is equipped with everything you need from microwaving popcorn (popcorn not provided) to cooking a full-course meal. For our coffee drinkers, that has been taken care of too. This home has two full-sized bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. The only thing you need to pack is your toothbrush. We supply the towels, sheets, and pillows. A covered outdoor pergola is equipped with patio furniture, and an outdoor TV awaits you. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of two locked rooms, one closet, the laundry room, and the garage. However, there is plenty of parking in the two-car driveway and much privacy. The house has state-of-the-art smart lock technology which allows for self-check-in and freedom from physical keys. The self-service check-in is used so you will have no interaction with the host unless you reach out. However, the host is always extremely happy to provide assistance, support, and restaurant and attraction recommendations. Other things to note Each guest will be treated with a bottle of wine to help start off your weekend. The wine bar is stocked with plenty of wine glasses and wine tools/accessories. There is also a Guest Guide handy with information about the home and local goods and services, especially wineries in the area.
