Welcome to our beautiful village fully air-conditioned abode that’s centrally located in the beautiful Samford Village, surrounded by rolling hills & nature. Located just a 2 minute walk to the village, you can make the most of the village atmosphere & visit the local cafes & restaurants. Perfect for: - a country escape out of the city - a local holiday - scouting out the area between moves Enjoy all of the local walking paths & waterfalls that the region has to offer! The space Perfect for families or groups of friends for a getaway outside of Brisbane. It's a single storey house with three (3) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom. There's plenty of space to chill outside as well as inside and the place has a large backyard you can make use of. There’s air conditioning and heating in all bedroom and living spaces so no matter if it’s winter or summer you will be comfortable! The house has absolutely everything you need to make you feel at home. Kick off your shoes with a glass of vino and enjoy the outside area with a bbq and outside seating, lounge on the sofas with Netflix on the smart TV, cook a family meal in the spacious kitchen, catch up on work & connect with the world via unlimited Wi-Fi. If you’re from Brisbane or nearby, this is a perfect little escape to enjoy Samford village and all the nature around. My home is also a perfect place for families moving to the area and looking for a place to stay while you find your forever home. The space has everything to suit a family of 5 or a group of friends. Guest access You'll have access to the entire place by yourself. Other things to note I've made it so that there's everything you need here to make you feel at home! - tea & coffee, - oil, - spices - all the kitchen essentials - all the bathroom essentials And of course I'm always available if there are any issues.
