And contact with a friendly landlady is free of charge :) Other things to note The guest room is one of two rooms in a shared apartment. The shower room and kitchen are used by both tenants. Worked well so far :) The whole unit is on the lower floor and is separated from the rest of the house; it also has its own entrance.
