This "furnished" condo appears like a "Model Home" with Wall Art, HDTV, Coffee/Wine Bar, "new" City loft-style furnishings, washer/dryer, pots/pans, dishes, towels, bedding, housekeeper 1X month. Enjoy! Each Suite is just that! A bedroom 5-Star Suite with Queen beds, beautifully designed themes, plush bedding, towels and a private bathroom with granite, tile, medicine cabinet and shower/tub combo. The "common living area" is to remain clean at all times by each guest. It is said to resemble a "Model Home" with upscale trendy, but comfortable furnishings, Wall Art, small wine fridge, coffee bar area to make a late' or great cup of coffee. There is also a variety of teas available. The complex includes a swimming pool and hot tub. The condo provides additional towels and plastic glassware to enjoy the pool area. The host, Denise, or her Co-host will make weekly random visits to answer questions, supply the Coffee Bar, provide Grab N' Go breakfast items, check for cleanliness of the "common living areas."Susie", the Housekeeper will notify long term guests, one night prior, of her visit to do her monthly thorough cleaning of the entire condo. Susie may also serve as the Co-host in Denise's absence. Kaiser is on the same street just a 15 minute walk will get you there. Memorial, and Doctor's Hospitals are within 10 min. drive. Starbucks, the city mall, a gym, restaurants, salons, car wash, Walgreens and a multi-million dollar gated community are also on the same street as the condo. Location, location, convenience and did I say, " location?" Lol The condo has one designated "covered carport" directly in front of it. There are several "guest parking" areas for a second vehicle. Both vehicles require a parking pass be visible hanging from the front mirror. There will be emergency phone numbers, and the Wifi codes in a binder on the desk. Additionally in that binder are restaurant menus, maps, casino info., massage parlors, etc., nearby.
