Ideally located on the Loire Valley bike path, the Loire Valley and its many castles. There is indoor parking available at the bottom of the garden for cars and bicycles. The property is fully fenced. The space This is an independent accommodation in a house, on the ground floor. It consists of a main room with equipped kitchen, open to the living area. A living room area with a sofa bed, beautiful quality bedding 140 x 195. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and storage. Very well insulated, and quiet. The walls of the house are made of stone, it stays cool in the summer. The cottage opens onto a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue. The view is of the garden, flowery and wooded. The place is very quiet, relaxing, well-equipped, comfortable. You can relax after beautiful days of sightseeing and various activities in Touraine. You have independent access thanks to a key box. I will gladly welcome you as well. I provide bed sheets and towels. And in the kitchen, the essentials (tea towels, salt, spices, oil, vinegar...). Guest access I will send you the map and access codes a few days before your arrival.
