The spacious Landhaus Vogel in Wasserburg offers 133 m² of space for up to six people. The allergy-friendly accommodation has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, balcony with lake views and free Wi-Fi. Children are welcome, a baby bed and a high chair are provided. Private parking is available free of charge. Surrounded by wonderful fruit trees, the typical Lake Constance country house was newly built in 2022 with a lot of love for detail as a semi-detached house with a separate apartment. On 133 square meters, light-flooded, individually equipped rooms with lots of charm and warmth await you, which can accommodate 4-6 people. On request, up to 8 people are also possible. Your spacious, *****-DTV classified accommodation is divided like a classic single-family house, so on the ground floor there is a large, modern and cozy living-dining area with an open kitchen and access to the large south-facing balcony. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a friendly children's bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower. On the upper floor, three romantic but spacious bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom/toilet with bathtub invite you to unwind. The two south-facing rooms have access to the second large south-facing balcony. From here, you can end the evening after eventful days with boundless views over the lake and mountains. The apartment has two parking spaces right in front of the house entrance. The garden invites you to relax or play. You can also play extensively on the playground in front of the house. Amenities such as freshly made beds, prepared hand/shower towels and dish towels, a starter package with cleaning, rinsing and hygiene items can be found upon arrival. On request, children's equipment can be booked. The children's equipment includes a baby cot, high chair, changing table, potty and a toilet reduction. With us, you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe, a late arrival is also possible without any problems. Final cleaning is included. The visitor's tax is charged separately and paid to the municipality. The house is located on the outskirts of Hege, a district of the cozy lake and holiday resort Wasserburg am Bodensee. Shopping (farm shop, EDEKA, bakery, butcher), bus stop, train station, doctors, hairdresser are 150 m to 1.5 km away, very close by. There are numerous restaurants and a museum within walking distance. Various vacation activities on land and water are at your doorstep or can be reached in a very short distance. From the house, you have a 50 m connection to the Li 16, so you can quickly cover further distances. Please note: apartment building; not suitable for parties, bachelor parties or similar.
