The spacious Landhaus Vogel in Wasserburg offers 133 m² of space for up to six people. The allergy-friendly accommodation has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, balcony with lake views and free Wi-Fi. Children are welcome, a baby bed and a high chair are provided. Surrounded by wonderful fruit trees, this typical Lake Constance country house was rebuilt in 2022 with a lot of love for detail as a semi-detached house with an annex. On 133 square meters, you will find bright, individually furnished rooms with lots of charm and warmth that can accommodate 4-6 people. Up to 8 people can also be accommodated on request. Your spacious accommodation is laid out like a classic single-family home, so the ground floor features a large, modern and cozy living and dining area with an open kitchen and access to the large south-facing balcony. The ground floor also has a pleasant children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom/toilet with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, three romantic yet spacious bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom/toilet with a bathtub invite you to unwind. The two south-facing rooms have access to the second large south-facing balcony. From here, you can end the evening with boundless views of the lake and mountains after eventful days. The apartment has two parking spaces right in front of the house entrance. The garden invites you to relax or play. You can also play extensively on the play street in front of the house. Amenities such as freshly made beds, prepared hand, bath and dish towels, and a starter pack with cleaning, dishwashing and hygiene products will be waiting for you upon your arrival. On request, baby equipment can be booked. The baby/child equipment includes a crib, high chair, changing table, potty and a toilet seat reducer. With us, you can arrive and depart on 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe, a late arrival is also easily possible. Final cleaning is included. The tourist tax is charged separately and paid to the city. The house is situated on the outskirts of Hege, a district of the cozy lakeside and vacation town of Wasserburg am Bodensee. Shops (farm shop, EDEKA, bakery, butcher), bus stop, train station, doctors and a hairdresser are 150 m to 1.5 km away, very close by. There are numerous restaurants and a museum within walking distance. A wide variety of vacation activities on land and water are at your doorstep or can be reached in a very short distance. From the house, you are 50 meters from the Li 16, which allows you to quickly travel further afield.
