Welcome to our newly renovated bright guest room with private bathroom. Situated in the Playa Vista/Culver City/Marina Del Rey area of Los Angeles, our unique space is perfect for individuals & duos. Easy street parking. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and biking distance to the famous Venice Beach/Boardwalk (2.5 miles). Close to Silicon Beach and Sony Studios. We offer numerous amenities, and invite you to enjoy the comfort and convenience of our beautiful cozy space. The space We have a small refrigerator in the room with bottles of cold filtered water, a small bottle of milk, coffee creamer and two yogurts. We welcome our guests with a small offering of breakfast items that can include oatmeal sachets; fresh fruit; nuts; cereal bars. We have an assortment of teas and coffee. Guest access Entryway to the house is shared but the room and bathroom are totally separated from the rest of the house.
