We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund. ✓ Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). Please request in advance as it could be booked. ✓ Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet. ✓ We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 months) and Bed Rails. $10 per one item per night.
