Nestled in a half-timbered house, this 100 m2 apartment will allow you to comfortably enjoy our city thanks to its location in the Dijon Hypercentre. "Le Nid de la Chouette" accommodates up to 6 guests + baby. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. Bed and house linen provided. Above all, don't forget to greet the Owl hiding nearby! The space "Le Nid de la Chouette" located on the 1st floor, without elevator, offers: - A private passageway with outdoor table and chairs - A dining area/dining table allowing you to eat and prepare your Dijon getaway - A 40 m2 living/sitting area with piano, Bluetooth speaker, and desk for the most studious. - A shower room and a bathroom to relax after your trip. - An equipped kitchen where good dishes can be simmered. To rest, the Chouette has prepared for you: - a large bedroom of 15 m2 with a double bed of dimensions 160 x 200 cm giving you access to a shower room equipped with a sink and closed toilet. - A 13 m2 bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and equipped with large closets. - A 12 m2 bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds. Great for children! Will you hear the Owl hooting? Guest access "Le Nid de la Chouette" is exclusively reserved for guests. No part of the accommodation is shared. Other things to note "Le Nid de la Chouette" is located in the Hypercentre. Restaurants, shops, bakeries are on the street at the foot of the apartment. To park your vehicle: - The "long-term" outdoor car parks in the immediate vicinity are payable from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 7pm. (€5 for 8.5 hours of parking / Free on Sundays and public holidays) - TREMOUILLE underground parking, Rue de la Préfecture: €9 for 24 hours of parking.
