Unforgettable Family Getaway! Welcome to our 7,700 sq ft. family haven! Inside, there's space for all ages to have fun. Outside, enjoy our waterfront with sandy bottom (rocky shoreline so please bring water shoes), a huge backyard for games, and a winter toboggan hill. At night, cozy up by the fire and stargaze or take a dip in the hot tub. Come create lasting memories with us year after year! ** no weddings or parties allowed ** The space There are essentially two separate cottages attached by the garage on the upper level and an open games room on the lower level. The "Main Cottage - 4,620 sq ft." with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and the "In Law Suite - 2,407 sq ft" with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Main Cottage - Main Level Main floor boasts an open concept floor plan including large windows providing gorgeous sunset views of Pigeon Lake. The dinning area includes a large wooden table with seating for 8 and 3 extra bar stool seating area at the kitchen island. The living room has 3 comfy couches around a 75"TV. Large master bedroom with ensuite, 55" TV, walk-in closet and walkout to patio. Main Cottage - Lower Level The walkout basement provides plenty of space to entertain in the large family room with a pool table, sectional couch, 75" TV, 3 extra bedrooms, and access to the over-sized open "games" area with wet bar, ping pong table, air hockey and another sectional with 75" TV. Walkout to outdoor patio sectional. The games area is underneath the garage and unheated during the colder months. In Law Suite - Main Level Main floor has an open concept floor plan, living room with comfy couches around the 75" TV, access to the outdoor deck with dining area. Master bedroom with ensuite and access to 4 season sun room. In Law Suite - Lower Level The lower level features two more bedrooms, one with huge bright windows and a beautiful waterfront view. It also features a sitting area and a table for dinning or just playing cards/games at night. Guest access The whole property except for the lower detached garage which is kept for owners personal use. Please stay on our property, do not cross over onto neighbours yard. There are red stakes along the property line in the front yard so please stay on our side. Other things to note Max Occupancy is 16 guests (including infants & children) Strict noise policy in place - very quiet neighbourhood - if police are called - extra fine will be given - starting at $1,000 No drones allowed. No parking in garage. Outdoor furniture is put away during the off season ( Thanksgiving Weekend/October to Long Weekend/May) WINTER MONTHS - The cottages do not have a backup generator on site. We cannot be held for responsible for mother nature and power outages.
