Gorgeous house at the beach, with swimmingpool and large, beautiful yard. It is brigth, spacious and cool. Weather isalways sunny and warm.It has everything you may need.The bus stop to connect you with Málaga or any other city is 100m away. The space Our house is in a quiet place but near of everything like of course the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, park, playground, gym, golf club, tennis&paddel club, the town, bus stop, medical center etc. The house is provided with everything like washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, iron, TV, vaccum etc The residential area is very familiar and it is a wonderfull place where enjoying the beach, a nice appetiser at the porch or the swimming pool and long dinners at the patio smelling the jazmin or buganvilla. In winter time weather is really warm, and at night, when it gets a little colder, you can enjoy the fireplace into the house. There are 2 parking lots for you and our house is adapted for little children with high chairs, cot or fences. Guest access You can access to verywhere at the residential area, incluided the big bbq.
