The space The interior concept of the house combines a blend of contemporary works of art from the owner's private collection, and the prestige of antique pieces, giving to this house a unique character. The living space includes two large rooms perfect for hosting private parties or relaxing with family and friends in front of the fireplace. Furthermore, there is a large dining room with a table for 12 people and a separate area that can be used as an office equipped with a large table and a colour printer. Guests can enjoy the 17x5 metre infinity pool on two sides, with breathtaking views over the valley stretching from Radicofani to Pienza. Villa Monticelli has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, six large burners, two ovens, a microwave and a large refrigerator with a separate freezer and an ice maker.The main patio, covered with roses and equipped with an outdoor grill and pizza oven, offers to the guests an extra space to enjoy meals in addition to its large indoor dining room. The house has six large bedrooms easily accessible by lift, each furnished with king-size beds and one smaller room with a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV as well as air conditioning. The top-floor bedrooms all have stunning views over the valley and gardens, while those on the lower floor have their own private entrance. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, equipped with a shower and hairdryer. In the basement, there is a large laundry area with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. Guest access Villa Monticelli is completely fenced off and guarantees absolute privacy. The house is situated on a two-acre, fenced property and it is immersed in total silence, broken only by birdsong. The property is surrounded by dense vegetation and depending on the season dotted with wild roses, broom, prickly pears, violets and hollyhocks. Wildlife, including cuckoo birds, pheasants, hares, wild boar, deer and porcupines find an ideal habitat in these woods. The villa is surrounded by large lawns (automatically irrigated) and terraces with several outdoor seating areas. Within the property you will find a unique meditation garden, ideal for reading and relaxing, and a main garden with a varied cultivation of roses. The gardens are complemented by two large wooden terraces that offer to the guests a unique view of the valley and surrounding towns.
