House on Praia do Rosa

My space is 2 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the edge of Praia do Rosa (by car), and close to Praias do Ouvidor, Vermelha and Ibiraquera, and has public transportation a few meters away. You'll like it because it's calm and quiet, but at the same time close to everything, and has easy exit (traffic) even on weekends and holidays when the main accesses are closed.., high ceilings, coziness, gardens and balconies, equipped kitchen. My place is ideal for couples and families (with children and pets).
