Make yourself at home, make memories and enjoy every moment of your lakeside getaway! The space This sun-drenched 1750 sq/ft home located on a tranquil 2 acres, offers an ultimate private get-away. The views are breathtaking, and the lake/dock will beckon you to play in the sun and water all day! The open concept main floor of the house has a bright well-equipped kitchen with an island, a dining room, a main floor half-bath, a living room, a dedicated office space - all steps from the massive outdoor entertainment deck areas just outside the french doors. The oversized main level deck offers uninterrupted, stunning 180 degree views! Plentiful, comfortable seating areas for relaxing, a gas fire table, a large outdoor dining area, a dedicated beverage fridge, a new Napoleon gas BBQ, multiple shade umbrellas and gas heaters if needed. Additionally, just around the corner from the main deck you will find a cozy outdoor wood burning fireplace with lots of additional seating - it's another great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, marshmallow roast or evening drinks! The main floor master-bedroom is bright and airy with beautiful lake views and features a spacious ensuite with clawfoot tub & walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful lake views and french doors to the main deck. The comfy king sized bed & spacious air-conditioned room will ensure that you have the best opportunity for rest and rejuvenation. The room has a large dresser and plenty of closet space for your belonging and can accommodate a pack and play if needed. On the second level upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, a good sized bathroom with tub/shower combo, and spacious walk-in closet. -The first upstairs bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN bunk bed set (2 queen beds) that can sleep 4 comfortably. -The second upstairs bedroom has two(2) TWIN XL bunk beds sets - so four(4) extra-long twin beds that are the same length as a king size bed. * bunk beds are solid wood, with quality mattresses & can sleep adults comfortably * On the way down to the private beach area, you will find another large view deck equipped with loungers for the sun lovers. Awesome spot to enjoy some rays and a snooze. The lower grassy areas are perfect for a game of corn hole, or pitch a shade tent for the little ones to nap. There are two access paths to the lake shore beach area, a very large oversized dock with swim ladders, plentiful comfortable new chairs and loungers(not pictured yet) and a shade umbrella. We also have 2 paddle boards, a single kayak and some inflatable loungers for your use. We have limited life jackets/PDF's and suggest that you bring some of your own especially for your children as fit is important. Our sheltered bay offers lovely some of the best water on the lake. With mostly warm, calm and clear waters, so you can enjoy your lakeshore adventures to the fullest. We have a new anchored mooring buoy, which you can use if you would like to bring or rent, a boat/SeaDoo. You may use the northside of the dock for active loading and day use, but will need to anchor over-night. Use a paddle board to get to and from your boat at anchor. NB - The boat lift is custom to our boat and is not available for guest use. Guest access Full access to the entire house, all decks, private lakefront, dock and select water toys including paddle boards (2), a single kayak and a selection of inflatable floatie & toys (seasonal - host can provide list if requested.) Ample parking available in front of the home and the detached garage (garage is private, not for guest use). Boat trailer parking onsite- please arrange with host. If you bring a boat, there is a new anchoring buoy available for overnights. You may load and unload at the north side of the dock during day use. -Lake Okanagan Resort is nearby where there is marine fuelling, a boat ramp, and a beach club with drinks and tacos. (Boat lift is private - custom to our boat and not available for use.) Other things to note Due to the nature of a lake front property, the property is suitable for children ONLY if they are they are supervised at ALL times. The house is not baby proofed, but we can provides a pack-n-play & highchair if requested prior to arrival. Not wheelchair accessible. Note to guests with mobility concerns: You must climb stairs. The property has multiple stairs which are well maintained concrete, with full railings/handrails. -1 flight of stairs from the parking area to the house -1 flight of stairs in the house - to second level -3 easy flights down to the beach We are located in a beautiful little bay, approximately 15 minutes from Kelowna by boat or car, it really is paradise!
