Recently renovated, our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, overlooking the picturesque Piazza Virginio, where you can admire the marvelous deconsecrated church of San Francesco, now also home to the Civic Museum. The central location of our apartment will allow you to easily and fully immerse yourself in Cuneo's life. On the square below, in the adjacent alleys, and along the renowned Via Roma, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. The space Our apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family (up to 4 people), and consists of: • Entrance: elegant and very spacious. • Living room: large, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (cm 18 mattress) and SMART TV. • Kitchen: fully equipped, with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. • Bedroom: equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious walk-in closet (includes a closet , a dresser and a standing coat rack.) • Bathroom: with window, equipped with towels, shower, hairdryer, soap, and shower gel. The apartment has a washer-dryer. Parking: if you arrive by car, you won't have to worry about parking: nearby you will find two large free parking lots, while just two minutes from the apartment there is a paid parking lot with a rate of 1 euro for 5 hours. It also has an electric car charging station. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. Six large windows provide ample light throughout the apartment (a rare feature in the heart of a city's historic center) as well as an airy breeze in the summer.
