Beautiful 3,200+ square foot home in Big Lake, MN on almost a full acre of land and a wetland preserve bordering the back. Guest space is master bedroom and seperate bathroom, use of kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, and deck. Off street parking. If I am there, I will be staying in the lower level of the home and will not interfere with your stay but I'll be available if you need anything. The space Plenty of space in this house! The master bedroom and on suite bathroom is located on the upper level. During your stay, you will have that all to yourself. The main floors hosts the kitchen, dining room, sunroom, Livingroom and laundry. This space is shared, but most of the time I'll be gone or staying in the lower level of the house. You will have the main floor space mostly to yourself. Please inquire about bringing any pets. No smoking or vaping inside of the house. Guest access This house features a large master bedroom, onsuite bathroom, large kitchen, livingroom and a gorgeous sun room overlooking a wooded/preserve area. Guests can park up to 2 vehicles off street. Basic necessities are provided, including use of the washer, dryer and laundry detergent. Guests are welcome to use bikes in the summer, and sleds in the winter. We have a great hill for children to sled right across the street! 2 adult bikes provided for use along with safety helmets. Walking paths in the neighborhood lead to a nice river over-look. This home is located about 30 miles east of St. Cloud, just off highway 10. The Northstar Train makes getting to and from Minneapolis easy and parking is FREE at the train station. Perfect for Twins and Vikings games! Other things to note 15% discount for stays 7 days or longer; 20% discount for 30 day stays or longer. Please contact host if you're planning a long-term stay. Guests: We have two couches large enough to sleep on in addition to the beds. Extra blankets and pillows will be provided. ALL guests and pets must be noted in the reservation. We do not charge extra for more guests or pets, so please do not "sneak" guests in. Smoking is allowed outside only.
