The space On the first level, you will discover a large and bright living/dining room of 50 m2 with a fireplace, an equipped and furnished kitchen, a large living room overlooking a terrace of 30 m2, a master suite with two separate bathrooms: a shower room, and a spa bathroom + a separate toilet. There is also a second separate living room of 40 m, converted into a recreation room/bedroom for 4 to 5 people (1 bunk bed, 2 single beds, 1 extra bed). 2nd toilet on this floor On the lower level, you have direct access to the pool (heated off-season for an additional fee, only on request) and which is an infinity pool with a breathtaking sea view! Access also to the two master suites as well as the large equipped summer kitchen. Two additional bedrooms with single beds (2/bedroom) complete this space (one with shower room). In total, the house can accommodate up to 15 people (including a bunk bed and an extra bed) but it is possible to go up to 18/19 people by booking the T2 which is optional On the ground floor of the garden there is an independent T2 apartment of +-30 m2 as an option (can accommodate 4 people, separate bedroom double bed + sofa bed living room), with a private terrace. In the garden, you will enjoy the bowling court as well as the swing for children. A garage, a carport and parking spaces and plenty of storage complete this set. Finally, other services such as the gate, air conditioning, TV in several rooms... are present. We only rent our house to families or groups of friends with children (or not) but we ask for at least 2 adults over the age of 35.
