Other things to note Minimum Stay: Our property requires a minimum stay of 30 nights and you are to follow all the rules including the HOA rules. Longer stays are not only welcomed but encouraged for a more immersive experience. Additional documentation may be required upon booking. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM CST, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM CST. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. House Rules: Please kindly adhere to our house rules to maintain a pleasant and respectful environment for all guests. These rules may include restrictions on smoking, pets, parties, and noise levels. We require all guests to provide their IDs for safety in compliance with local and federal laws. Please review the house rules upon booking. Cleaning and Maintenance: Our dedicated cleaning staff ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. For longer stays, periodic cleaning may be scheduled. If any maintenance issues arise during your stay, our responsive team will promptly address them. Bi-Weekly Maintenance: Grass mowing and general maintenance occur bi-weekly. The exact days may shift according to the schedule, but you will be advised in advance. Weekly Pool Cleaning: The pool is cleaned bi-weekly to ensure it remains in pristine condition. This is an outdoor pool, so the condition cannot always be perfect due to outside weather dependencies. The cleaning day may vary, and you will be informed of the schedule. It cannot be on demand, and there are amenity limitations of POOL in winter season, November - February. The pool is not heated. Safety and Security: Your safety and security are paramount to us. The property is equipped with security systems, and we provide instructions for their use. Additionally, we recommend securing your personal belongings and valuables during your stay. Furniture Updates: Please note that we occasionally update and rearrange furniture to best showcase the house. This means that some furniture might be changed or updated, which may not always reflect the pictures as depicted. For example, sofas may be periodically updated to enhance your comfort and the overall aesthetics of the property. Seasonal Amenity Limitations: Please be aware that by making a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that there may be seasonal limitations on certain amenities due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or maintenance. In the event of any amenity limitation during your stay, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We would be delighted to offer you a maximum $50 future credit for your next stay as a token of our appreciation for your understanding and flexibility. Outdoor Cleaning: Please note that a large area of this house is outdoors, including but not limited to, outdoor seating, outdoor BBQ area, outdoor pool, and while we strive to keep it clean, it cannot always be perfect. You may find leaves on outdoor furniture, dust, or other natural elements. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that outdoor cleaning cannot be held to the same standard as indoor cleaning due to the nature of the environment. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this obvious notion. Garage Access: Please note that the garage will not be accessible during your stay. You can park up to four standard cars back to back on the driveway, ensuring ample parking space for your convenience, and there is ample street parking as well.
