Welcome! We are excited for you to experience the warm comforts of this beautiful cozy entirely private guesthouse! Here, you will enjoy a totally separate 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home with its own doorbell, 2 private driveways, vast amounts of street parking, and completely private space! Newly built in 2021, with kitchenette, dining area, in-apartment washer and dryer, and a cozy living room area to relax in. There is a Queen bed in one room, twin bunk beds in the second, and a bed couch. The space We live in a quiet, safe, and sought after area of Tyler where location makes for easy travel to anywhere in Tyler and beyond! The GreenAcres neighborhood is known for its quiet, safe streets and proximity to anything and everything. We are close to shopping, several Walmarts, the Mall, restaurants, both major hospitals as well as both TJC, and UT Tyler. There are also several beautiful parks and playgrounds nearby, one within our neighborhood (Pollard park) with pickleball courts, a brand new playground, a dog park, and several beautiful open fields for play and sports. Our property is on a corner lot, which allows for plenty of street parking, but also features 2 private driveways for your own personal use. Access to the guesthouse is right off the driveways and allows you to have entirely your own space and privacy. We are uniquely prepared for the many storms and outages due to East Texas weather and have a natural gas home generator attached to both the main house and the guesthouse, so you will never have to be without power while staying with us regardless of the weather! Guest access The entire 2 bedroom 1 bathroom guesthouse is yours, as well as a personal walkway, mailbox, and two driveways completely for your use which allows for complete privacy from the main house. Other things to note We are usually fully booked through several platforms (not only Airbnb) regularly and sometimes with short notice! If you should require a possible extended reservation make sure to let us know in advance as we like to make accommodations for our guests first and have blocked off time for current guests to reserve and extend before it is booked by others. There have been several times we wished we could have extended for a guest when requested but it was already booked by others. Please let us know in advance and we’d love to help you!
