The space Exclusive and private accommodation, located on the third floor of a historic building (no elevator), in a quiet residential area just 12 minutes from Piazzale Arnaldo. The space, with no shared areas, comfortably accommodates two guests. The main room is bright and welcoming, featuring a double bed with a memory foam topper and two pillows of different firmness for optimal rest. The second room, usually used for meals, can be set up as a smart working station or adapted to host a third guest. There is a breakfast corner equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and everything needed for a relaxing tea or a good cup of coffee. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, towels, and personal care products. The apartment features centralized heating and air conditioning, a Smart TV with Prime Video included, dedicated WiFi, a safe with a lockbox for self check-in or check-out, video surveillance in common areas (building stairs), emergency lights, fire extinguisher, and gas and carbon monoxide detectors. All windows are automated, with temperature and air quality sensors. Guests also have access to a selection of over 50 books. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance and is for the exclusive use of guests. There are no shared spaces with the host or other guests.
