Guest access We have digital locks on the front and back door that are changed between each guest. Other things to note Quirks about our house. Microwave-is also a convection oven. Trash pick up – Tuesday and Friday morning. Recycle pick up – Friday morning Lawn service - they usually come Thursday or Friday. Pool service - They usually come on Wednesday. during the winter months when the leaves are falling we do keep the pool covered. TV Remote – A detailed description is listed under house manual. Key– We put new Digital locks on the doors. We will send you your code the day before you come. Parking - There is a two car garage and a two car carport. Jacuzzi tub – it takes most of the hot water from the downstairs hot water tank. If someone else needs a shower, have them take it upstairs to allow plenty of hot water for the Jacuzzi. In the laundry room, on the shelf just inside the door way, there are extra batteries for the remote, a first aid kit, and the fire extinguisher hanging on the wall. There is a regular coffee maker in the laundry room, Our keurig is on the counter and extra cups are in the laundry room. Closets- This is our personal home. We have removed 95% of personal items, but you will find a few boxes of family photes and keep sakes in the top of the closets and under the bed:) Towels- I bought fresh white towels especially for guests. There are tan wash clothes for washing make from face.
