Bright and cozy home next to a mango tree in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood in Sector 12, Panchkula. You will have full private access to our second floor which includes TWO bedrooms(with AC), TWO bathrooms, a living room(with AC), a fully equipped kitchen and two terraces (a narrow one in the front and a large one in the back). Alchemist Hospital, Paras Hospital, Tau Devi Lal Stadium are just a few minutes drive away. A 2 minute drive from the entry/exit on Shimla-Delhi highway. The space Guests can park in front of our house and enter through the main gate. CCTV cameras are at the entrance (only here). To reach the second floor, guests will need to climb stairs (please note for elderly guests). We've put a lot of love into the second floor, making it cozy with all the amenities for a comfortable stay: wifi, power backup, smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hotstar—no logins provided), air conditioners in every room, indoor plants, towels, blow dryer, shampoo, soap, fresh bedsheets, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove with gas, coffee machine, electric sandwich maker, cooking oil, spices, pots, and an induction cooker. Please note we provide Brita brand Filter water jog for drinking water. We do not use RO water anywhere on the property. One of our two rooms is shaded by a peaceful mango tree, often visited by birds. Start your day with a beautiful sunrise and enjoy ample outdoor space – perfect for morning yoga or sipping tea, even with a group of four. Guest access Guests have full access to the second floor, one parking space, and the roof. Please do be very careful on the roof, especially if you have a pet, as there is no light at night time and it is not fenced with high railings. Other things to note We are located in a quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. The Sector 12 market is just a 2-minute walk away, where you'll find groceries, chemists, a kirana store (general convenience store), tailors, barber and salon, and ATM machines. There are also temples, a Gurudwara, a yoga ashram, and parks nearby, perfect for a relaxing walk. For the safety of all three floors, our parents lock the main gates every night from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. If you plan to be out during this time, please contact us in advance. Rideshare services like Uber, Ola, and autorickshaws are easily available. Local bus stops are within walking distance. House Rules: 1. Please wash your utensils before check-out. 2. A copy of ID required of all unregistered guests 3. No unregistered guests allowed beyond 10 PM. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited. 5. Parties are strictly prohibited. 6.Please leave the room clean before check-out. 7. Treat this place like your own home!
