Location, location, relaxation! Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom/2.5 bath historic home, boasts a wonderful backyard, perfect for swimming and grilling with friends. Conveniently located within walking distance to The Pearl Brewery, the St. Mary’s entertainment district and Main St. entertainment district. Sleeps up to 7 people with fenced property including parking! The space Upon arrival guests will enjoy private and fenced in parking with exterior dusk till dawn lighting for easy night time check-ins. The screened porch serves as a shady hang out spot with plenty of seating. Walking into the home, you will see the six person dining room table on your right and a large oversized sofa in the living space on the left, which is equipped with a large TV and a Roku stick. Guests can log in and out of their subscriptions at their convenience. Guests have access to Roku remote through a provided qr code to download a free app during their stay along with instructions on how to use, although the app does a great job on easy setup; The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to handle any of your food or beverage needs throughout your stay whether cooking home meals or hosting local take out! The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large TV and Roku stick, a walk in closet and a private bathroom with a tub.All beds and linens are high quality and very comfortable. There is additional storage built into the bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper for one. There is ample natural light and a closet for your storage needs, as well as additional storage built into the bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds for guests and has a dresser for storage. This room leads you to the backyard oasis. The pool controller is located in this room. The backyard has a beautiful pool with a baja shelf that has a large umbrella that can be easily removed. The pool is also equipped with a volleyball net, which can be converted to a basketball giving you options for pool fun and games. The pool control panel mounted in the back bedroom allows an array of lighting choices and jet options for the sitting tub. Although there is a heater for the pool, it is only an option for late fall and winter with an additional fee of $100 a night per the duration of your reservation. The swimming pool is sanitized and chemically balanced before each visit. There are five lounge chairs, four bar chairs with a bar, six place dining table with a shade umbrella and a sofa sectional under a very large shade canopy. There's also a corn hole game and assorted pool toys available for your entertainment. The propane grill (1 tank will be provided per reservation) is perfect for your outdoor family meals. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and half bath stocked with oversized beach towels. Please observe all safety pool rules and house rules in our rules section! Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the outdoor areas. There is private parking for 3 vehicles. There is additional street parking. The home is over 100 years old. It has all the modern amenities but also retains much of its original character. The neighborhood is an inner city neighborhood. It is in the final stages of being gentrified so you will find an abundance of beautiful older homes mixed in with plenty of newly constructed homes, including multi-complex buildings.
