With this unique place to stay, you'll be in the middle of the action. In 3 minutes you are at the train station, in a good 20 minutes in Zurich City. The bedroom faces away from the street and is very quiet at night. The house has been gently renovated with natural building materials. Within walking distance there are various shops. The approx. 23 m² bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is shared. Various restaurants and snack bars are within walking distance. The space The kitchen (normal equipment) with a Nespresso machine, microwave and toaster is at your disposal for breakfast. Please cook lunch and dinner on request and by arrangement. The kitchen must always be left clean and tidy. It is also used by me... The house has been gently renovated with natural materials. The room height is at least 190 cm everywhere. The bedroom and your private bathroom are on the 1st floor. The seating area in the garden can also be used. There is no smoking in the entire house! Guest access Room with bathroom and closet in front of the room. Entrance with wardrobe and shoe rack. Slippers provided. Shared kitchen use with the landlord. Garden seating During your stay I am best reached via cell phone I also live in the house. Other things to note Washing and ironing is possible by arrangement. Cleaning supplies are available. For longer stays, the room and bathroom are cleaned every 2 weeks on request and clean linen is provided. A bicycle (mountain bike) is available on request. There is space for food in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinet.
