There are no wristbands needed for access, no lines to wait in, and less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas - - and this home's deeded beach access is PRIVATE! Other things to note Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. AirBnb handles all payments. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. ​​​​​​​Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in before the heater will be turned on; it is available October 1 - April 30 for $50/day. The complimentary beach setups are provided March - October by La Dolce Vita. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
