The space Easy access searching on the maps or waze for Chácara "Recanto Santa Rita de Cássia". Guest access Guests can access the entire area of Chácara Recanto Santa Rita de Cássia, which includes: barbecue, mini soccer field, swimming pools and wood oven. It is forbidden to make a fire anywhere in the farm and parties with loud sound. Sound only below 40Db (very low volume sound). Music is not allowed after 7pm. Other things to note ATTENTION - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I ask attention to warnings from the City of Estância de Socorro. The place requires a maximum noise level of 45 decibels from 19 to 7 am because it is within a residential allotment (exclusively Residential). For the morning period from 7 am to 7 pm, a maximum noise level of 50 decibels is acceptable. I suggest that the guest download a decibel meter on the cell phone (Decibel X, Decibelimeter Pro) and go to the limit of the farm to see if he is not committing the infraction against Municipal Law 3406/2010 . Municipal Legislation - LAW No. 3406/2010 Art. 205. The maximum levels of sound or noise intensity allowed are as follows: I - for the night period between 7:00 pm (nineteen hours) and 7:00 am (seven hours): a) residential areas and rural centers (including Exclusively Residential and Predominantly Residential Zones): 45db (fifty decibels); c) commercial areas (including the Central Activities Zone and Central Historic Zone): 55db (sixty decibels); d) industrial areas (including the Industrial Activities Zone): 60db (sixty-five decibels); II - for the daytime period between 7:00 am (seven o'clock) and 7:00 pm (nineteen hours): a) residential areas and rural centers (including Exclusively Residential and Predominantly Residential Zones): 50db (fifty-five decibels); c) commercial areas (including the Central Activities Zone and Central Historic Zone): 70db (sixty-five decibels); d) industrial areas (including the Industrial Activities Zone): 70db (seventy decibels). § 1 The limits established in this law will only be applied if they are lower than those established by the environmental inspection body of the State of São Paulo, as well as the indices established by said body in case of omission of this code. § 2 ABNT's NBR 10151 standard and its amendments and/or supplements will discipline noise assessments. Art. 206. In the violation of any article in this section, a fine corresponding to the amount of ten (10) to 100 (one hundred) times the Tax Unit of the Municipality - UFMES will be imposed.
