Gorgeous Craftsman-style Home in Central Austin

Our beautiful Craftsman-style home is available from June 20-July 20 for stays of 2 to 4 weeks. It was built in 2017 to blend in to central & charming Rosedale neighborhood, one block from Ramsey Park & Pool. A tremendous amount of thought was put into its custom design; the gourmet kitchen was even featured on Fine Homebuilding Magazine’s website. You’ll love the spacious great room, relaxing on the front porch glider, soaking in the clawfoot tub, and being able to walk to restaurants & pubs. The space The kitchen, bathrooms, & linen closets are stocked with necessities. Children especially love our home thanks to a tree swing, a closet where they can write with chalk on the walls, and even a “secret” passageway between two rooms they can crawl through. Please note: there is no baby gate on the staircase. Guest access You’ll enjoy our entire home, with the exception of the garage, which we’ll be using for storage. Other things to note Please note that we do not allow smoking or firearms. While we adore dogs and cats, our home is currently not available for pets.
