The space This beautiful house has a nice pool and outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying the sun. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining room, and kitchen with ceiling fans (no A/C). The kitchen is very spacious, and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The upper floor consists of a bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms. The first has A/C, a ceiling fan, and a queen-size bed. The second one with A/C, ceiling fan, double bed, and closet. In the back, there is a laundry area, with a sink and washing machine for the convenience of those who require a long stay. It has a service corridor, as well as covered parking for 2 cars. Guest access The house is located in a residential area north of Merida where you can find a supermarket (Super Aki), convenience stores (Oxxo), as well as different shops such as restaurants, ice cream, laundries, pharmacies, bank and ATM 3 minutes away by car. The house has parking for 2 vehicles.
