Very nice rooms, recently renovated with attention to design and comfort, 2 rooms are with internal views and 2 on the ancient walls of Florence. The property is located on the Florentine promenades, among the most beautiful streets in the center of Florence, very close to every monument or point of interest and a 15-minute walk from the station. The space Santarosa Rooms, with its 4 rooms, is located in a charming 19th-century Florentine building overlooking the Florentine riverside. Located in the Santo Spirito district, it is the ideal choice for those who want to stay in a central area, a stone's throw from everything, but away from the large tourist flow. This neighbourhood is rich in monuments and history, as well as offering a variety of shops, excellent restaurants, bars and a lively nightlife. Guest access Guests will have their room with private bathroom as well as access to the common room. During your stay The Santarosa Rooms staff will be available to guests for emergencies, advice and any issues. We'll take care to make the best service possible. Other things to note There is no kitchen in the property, but guests can use a common room with coffee and water available free of charge. We do not serve breakfast, however, there are several excellent bars nearby. Paid parking is available within the property, only after a mandatory request for availability and confirmation (30 euros per day).
