It’s only a 10 min walk to Canmore town centre, 15 min drive to Banff or 40 min to Lake Louise. The space This is a modern, fully furnished 2-story resort-style townhouse located in the popular Mystic Springs Chalets and Hot Pools complex. The neighbourhood is quiet yet only a 10-minute stroll into Canmore town centre, and a 15-minute drive into Banff with easy access to the highway. The amenities include Canmore's largest year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub nestled in a picturesque courtyard, complete with a barbeque area. You can exercise your culinary prowess and whip up your own gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, or you might opt for a 5-minute stroll to one of Canmore's renowned restaurants. This is a pet-friendly unit and premises immaculately cleaned and maintained with regular carpet cleanings. The bedrooms are located on the second level, so there's a welcome separation of space from the main living area. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and its own ensuite full bathroom. On the other end of the hall, you will find the second bedroom with its two double beds, which can ultimately sleep four adults or children. The second full bathroom is right outside the door. The main floor has a queen-sized pullout sofa bed that sleeps two as well. The unit boasts enough space to sleep eight people in total. Guest access The scenic courtyard, with its own view of neighboring mountaintops, is equipped with a barbeque and picnic-table area for all guests to use and enjoy at leisure. The pool and hot tub area are open from 8am to 10pm, and the access code is provided in the unit. Other things to note Pet’s are allowed at owner’s discretion. Dogs are to be leashed on Mystic Springs common areas. Coin operated laundry facilities are located at the rear of the pool house. The cost is $2 to wash and $1 per 20 min to dry. Laundry detergent is supplied under the kitchen sink. A coin machine is available to break down dollar bills. Under no circumstances can smoking be allowed in the unit.
