The Anchorage vacation rental sits among cool palms and green shrubs steps away from the stunning Rainbow Bay Beach along Wandering Shore Drive, a great central location and just a 15 minute drive from Governor's Harbour International Airport. Equipped with everything you might need to make your holiday as adventurous or as relaxing as you want, it's the perfect base for exploring the island, and a great spot for doing nothing at all. The space Our cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with walk-in showers), one bedroom has a queen bed, guest closet, drawers, bedside tables with touch control lamps and en-suite with walk-in shower while the second bedroom has two twin beds, guest closet, drawers and bedside table with touch control lamps. Both bedrooms have locked owner closets and black-out blinds. The lounge / dining / kitchen area is open plan with a vaulted ceiling. Both areas have patio doors looking out onto the stunning Rainbow Bay Beach and Nentwig Park. We have an outside shower which is situated at the back of the house for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The patio area is a great space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or evening cocktail watching the beautiful sunsets we have here. We are equipped to handle minor utility interruptions, i.e. back up cistern and generator. There is plenty to do around Rainbow Bay! If you enjoy walking or running, then you will find you can do this all around Rainbow from the Bight Side over to the Atlantic side. Aside from Rainbow Bay Beach directly on your doorstep which is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding, why not check out Hidden Beach, Smuggler's Beach Twin Beach and Driftwood Beach over on the Atlantic side. Enjoy a game of tennis? Then head on over to the community tennis court located along Lazy Shore Road (guests to bring own equipment).
