Located on the coast, where the blowholes meet sandy beach coves, with a backdrop of coconut trees, the brightest stars and stunning sunsets. Fall asleep to the sound of waves in this clean, modern and well equipped studio with lots of natural light, a sea breeze, spectacular views (with whale spotting from June to October) and foot access to some stunning beaches and coastline. Just a 20 minute drive from the centre of Nuku’alofa and the airport. The space Exciting News: The access road has undergone repairs! This oceanfront studio unit offers modern living in a rural setting with direct access to beaches, coastal exploring, and relaxing! The unit shares 1/2 an acre of land with the owners house and is waterfront. The unit has a fully tiled floor and modern windows and doors with fly screens allowing for lots of natural light and a sea breeze. Outside is a small private courtyard with a picnic table. This accommodation is for a maximum of 2 adults. A child or baby can be added to your booking for the additional person fee of $20 per night. They would be accommodated in a porta cot or a mattress on the floor - please advise. LAUNDRY -Basic washing machine (cold wash only) - Laundry powder, outdoor line & pegs -Iron and ironing board INTERNET -Starlink -Please note that Tonga experiences regular power outages and the signal can fade in heavy rain. CLEANING - We do a thorough clean before and after your stay. - No room service is available during your stay. - Basic cleaning equipment is supplied for you to maintain cleanliness. - Spare linen and towels are provided. Please give us your used linen to wash and dry. ADDITIONAL CHILD/ BABY: By request: - porta cot or floor mattress with bedding. - high chair - toys/ books by request Guest access Guests have their own direct access to their accommodation. The beach / coastal access track is challenging, with rocks to climb down and we recommend reef shoes or sturdy sandals for the walk. Other things to note You will need a car for your stay due to the rural location and lack of public transportation. The access road is a recently repaired coral road. Hiring a car for your stay in Tonga is the perfect way to self drive to explore the many stunning beaches and local villages. Hiring a car in Tonga is relatively easy and most rental companies will meet you at the airport with your hire car for an extra fee. You can find car rental places in Tonga online and on Face book. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: - Your studio is attached to our shed which we do access from time to time. We have our own access to the shed but may interrupt you with noise when doing so, on the odd occasion this could be early in the morning.
