Charming and well-located apartment in Botafogo

Renovated, cozy, quiet and super well located apartment in one of the most central and cool neighborhoods in Rio. A 10-minute walk to the Botafogo subway and close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. The space There are two air-conditioned bedrooms: • One of them is an en-suite, with a double bed. • The second bedroom has a double sofa bed, which comfortably accommodates one person, and a TV with streaming. The common area includes: • Comfortable living room with sofa, dining table and counter for study or work; • Full social bathroom; • Equipped American kitchen; • Service area with washing machine and clothesline. The building is old and has no garage, but there are parking lots nearby. There's a doorman from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. I live in the apartment and only rent it out when I travel. Important note: there are no free cabinets. The existing ones are occupied with clothes and personal belongings. Guest access I rent the entire apartment. Other things to note No smoking inside the apartment. I ask that this rule be respected. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization. To receive deliveries at night, you must go down to the entrance.
