The Living Areas ✨ As you enter the property you are welcomed into a bright entrance hall. 🎮 In front of you is a second living space that has been set up as a lounge area with TV and games console. 🛀 There is a full bathroom with bath and multi jet shower located off this living room. 🛋️ A split staircase takes you up to the open plan, ground floor, living space. 🛋️ Here you have a spacious lounge & dining room, with full height sliding windows opening out to a small terrace overlooking the front of the property and surrounding countryside. 📺 The lounge area is furnished with two leather sofas in front of a smart TV where you can sign-in to your own Netflix or Amazon accounts or watch one of the many international channels provided. The Bedrooms 🛏️ One bedroom and shower room are located on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (150m x 2m) and has patio doors that open out to the rear terrace and garden area. 🚿 There is a separate shower room next door to the bedroom. Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. 🛏️ The Master bedroom with king size bed (1.6m x 2m) is located at the front of the property with patio doors opening out to a shared terrace. 🛀 There is an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. 🛏️ Bedroom two is a double room (bed 1.4m x 2m) at the front of the property with access to the same shared terrace as the Master bedroom through sliding patio doors. 🛏️ Bedroom three is located at the rear of the property and furnished with twin beds. 🚿 This bedroom features an en suite shower room. Outside Areas 🌿 At the rear of the villa, accessed from both the kitchen and bedroom four is a covered terrace and private garden area. 🍖 Adjacent to the kitchen is an outside sink alongside a gas BBQ and exterior dining table with 6 chairs, ideal for Al Fresco meals. 🌳 There is a pleasant exterior lounge area overlooking the landscaped, communal gardens with mature umbrella pine trees. In November 2024, the council of Loule will be commencing with the collection of a tourist tax that is to be paid by all visitors, aged 16 years and older, staying in paid tourist accommodation within the district.
