The Apartment in the heart of Amiens - Saint Leu - Hortillage

Located in the heart of Amiens, overlooking the Somme Canal and Saint-Pierre Park. Close to the Saint Leu district, Quai Bélu (and its many restaurants), the Cathedral, the Hortillonnages, the towpath, Saint-Pierre Park… but also… the train station, the Perret Tower and the city center, the location of the Apartment is ideal. Each season has its entertainment, and you're there: Chroma, Christmas Market, Running the Jules Verne, Medieval Festival by the water, the Rue est à Amiens… The space The apartment has a capacity of 2 people and is located on the first floor. It's a 50 m2 2-room apartment. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet and storage spaces. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bedroom includes a 160 x 200 bed, a dressing room and access to the shower room. The accommodation is equipped with a TV with a fiber connection and Wi-Fi. A 5 kg washing machine is available in the bathroom. Guest access The place is fully available. The Port d'Amont parking lot located in front of L'Appart is free from 5:30 pm on Saturday and until 2 pm on Monday. The rest of the week parking is paid. Free street parking is possible about 10–12 min walk on Rue François Genin. Once the car is parked, most amenities are within walking distance. The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away. Access possible via the Amétis bus network, Alsace Lorraine stop or Place du Don stop, 2-min walk. Other things to note We will welcome you if possible, otherwise a key box will be available. Sheets will be set up for your arrival and towels will be at your disposal. On request, we can make available a baby cot. Registration Details ANT738HTR
