Quiet residential street, safe neighbourhood, very friendly local community. ABOUT THE VILLA: This is a luxury 4 bedrooms (A/C in every bedroom), 3 bathrooms villa with a private swimming pool with a covered terrace, very spacious open plan kitchen / lounge with a dining area, sun room plus mature garden. * SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (up to 9 adults): bedroom #1 = kind size bed with en suite bathroom bedroom #2 = kind size bed with en suite bathroom bedroom #1 = 2 single beds bedroom #2 = 2 single beds sun room / lounge = double sofa bed, perfect if you need an extra bed. * PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL with a covered terrace with sunbeds & outdoor furniture. BEACHES: all beaches are public in Barbados even in all the inclusive hotels but you'll need a public access to get in. The nearest beach to the villa is in front of Crystal Cove hotel, the public access is on the left side facing the ocean (a few minutes walk from the villa). If the water tide is low you can walk all the way from Paynes Bay to Holetown along the beach. Barbados is famous for it's beautiful beaches and endless possibilities of water sports. Just to name a few: PADDLE BOARDING: boards and training available in Paynes Bay (1.3 km = 4 mins drive) SURF: depending on weather conditions surfing is one of the best on the west coast (but also on the east coast for experienced surfers)!. Kite and windsurfing in Silver Sands SNORKELLING: is best in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea on the west coast. Loads of companies offer CATAMARAN day or sunset cruises that include snorkeling by shipwrecks, swimming with turtles and tropical fish. There are also SCUBA DIVING programs available. GOLF: West coast : Sandy Lane ( 2.3 km = 4 mins drive, superb golf courses with fabulous views, world class standard ), Apes Hill (10 km away = 15 mins drive), Royal Westmoreland (7 km = 12 mins drive) South coast : Barbados Golf Club and Rockley (13 km = 26 mins drive) There are a lot of events, such as horse races, polo, Barbados Sol rally, carting and of course wonderful beaches, swimming, sailing, diving , snorkelling , parties and rum punch. Guest access The guests will be renting the entire villa and not sharing with anyone.
