The space Villa Natali - tHE Italian Dream is spread over 2 levels: GROUND FLOOR From the porch there is direct access to the large and cozy living room with fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen. From the hall a glass door leads to the Turkish bath with chromotherapy. Proceeding to the hallway is the sauna with chromotherapy and a bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with fans and a portable air conditioning unit. FLOOR 1 A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a second living area with a fully equipped open kitchen and TV corner with two comfortable sofa beds (size: 130x180cm). In the sleeping area we find 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms with large 60sqm terrace, a bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with fans and portable air conditioning units. The villa is surrounded by five hectares of greenery with vast expanses of vineyards and olive groves. Fine wines and high-quality olive oil have been passionately produced here for decades. SWIMMING POOL The crystal-clear pool is the focal point of the experience, inviting you to cool off in its turquoise waters as you take in the panoramic views of the surrounding Italian countryside. And after a rejuvenating swim, you can relax in the spa to forget your daily stresses. Pool size: 17x8m - Depth from 1.20m to 3.5m The villa is equipped with all the modern comforts for a high-level stay: ・Wi-Fi ・2 televisions, including one Smart TV ・Quality cotton bedding ・Adjustable temperature heating ・A/C with portable units in the living room and bedrooms ・2 fully equipped kitchens to prepare your favorite dishes (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans and pots, plates and cutlery, glasses, cups, cooking essentials) ・Coffee machine with complimentary pods ・Hairdryer ・Washer-dryer with complimentary pods ・Iron and ironing board Every corner of Villa Natali is designed to make you feel like you are in an Italian dream. From the elegantly furnished bedrooms, where you can rest and rejuvenate, to the spacious living areas, ideal for relaxing and socializing. The covered patio, garden and pool provide the perfect setting to enjoy outdoor moments, admiring the surrounding vineyards and sipping a glass of Italian wine. Guest access It's necessary to complete the ONLINE CHECK-IN prior to arrival. (Enter guest data/documents and sign the rental contract + possibility to purchase additional services/experiences) CHECK-IN: from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM Late check-in: - From 10:00 PM to midnight: €40 - After midnight: €80 CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 AM Late check-out (subject to availability): - Until 12:00 PM: €100 - Until 4:00 PM: €200 The villa is for the exclusive use of guests, who will have access to all areas, including: - The villa itself - The swimming pool and 5-hectare garden - The laundry room The only non-accessible areas are the basement cellars and storage rooms. PLEASE NOTE: - Pets are NOT allowed in the swimming pool and medium-large sized pets (starting from 10kg) are NOT permitted on the first floor in order to protect the parquet flooring. - Cooling is provided by modern portable air conditioning units. For proper operation, the windows should be kept slightly ajar to allow the exhaust hose to pass outside. - Wi-Fi is available and generally stable throughout the villa. However, as the property is located in a hilly area not served by fiber optic connections, internet speed may not match that of major cities. Occasionally, there may be slight signal drops, particularly in the outdoor areas.
