The space The property includes a main house (160 m²), a bungalow (65 m²), a poolside ranch with BBQ area, a saltwater pool (5 m x 10 m) and parking. The Balinese-style main house has an open space with a kitchen, living and dining room, plus two bedrooms with queen beds, private bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The bungalow has a living room, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining room, as well as two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and a shared bathroom. Next to the pool is the ranchito, a relaxed space for cooking, gathering and spending the day. It also has an additional half bathroom The property is located on the outskirts of Cahuita (on the sea side), at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet and traffic-free environment. The neighboring houses are occupied by long-term residents and tenants, which creates a residential and relaxed atmosphere. The proximity to Cahuita National Park (approximately 200 m in a straight line) helps preserve the natural environment, and it is common to hear howler monkeys in the morning.
