The space You'll love this: Spectacular location: Located on a secluded hilltop, the property offers outstanding views and a peaceful atmosphere without prying eyes. Well thought-out design: Main building: Includes a modern bathroom with mountain views, a practical kitchen with dishwasher, and a cozy living room with fireplace and loft (which can be used as a bedroom). Separate bedroom: Only one step from the main building, providing both privacy and comfort. Outdoor life: Relax on the large porch and enjoy the surrounding nature. Quiet environment: Although the property shares a plot with an old main house 20 meters below, the mini-house is completely private. Access and facilities: Parking: A common parking space is located below the house, followed by a short nature trail (about 20 meters) up to the house. Important notes: Not recommended for children under 12 years of age: The stairs to the loft are steep and lack safety railings.
