The fully air-conditioned and parquet-floored property is designed for couples or families with children. You will be welcomed by a large living room consisting of a dining area and a relaxation area with a double sofa bed, smart TV and free Wi-Fi that will allow you to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The spacious air-conditioned room is furnished with a double bed complete with scented sheets, very warm duvets and two pillows per person, wardrobe closet. The bathroom with shower and bidet is complete with towels (large, medium and small), soap set, hairdryer and unlimited hot water, here you can regenerate with a beneficial shower after long walks in Rome. The kitchen equipped with pots, dishes and microwave will allow you to prepare your usual recipes or try your hand at typical Roman ones. You will prepare energetic breakfasts with the use of the coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster (PS don't worry there is also a dishwasher!!!!) Guest access The apartment is located in a building on a private street without noise and traffic but very close to shops, paid parking, restaurants and connections, which will allow you to reach the Vatican in just 10 minutes or San Pietro station to get to Termini station or the airport. If you are traveling by car, the apartment is outside the ZTL and you can park, for a fee, in a private garage a few meters from the house. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed in the apartment. We try to be respectful of other residents in the building and future guests, who may suffer from allergies. We can store your luggage after check-out (by 10:00 a.m.) or before check-in (after 3:00 p.m.) if you arrive in Rome in the morning. We can arrange transportation to the train station or airport.
