Guest access * You will have access to all the common places you want - grill (barbecue), pool, gardens and parks. Our bedroom and bathroom are not common spaces. * NO food or drinks included, breakfast ONLY (Bed & Breakfast). * Pets are allowed (with an additional daily cost of $3500 each), as we also have a dog pensioner, but for both cases, WE REQUIRE NEGATIVE CERTIFICATES FOR BRUCELLOSIS and BORDETELLA (kennel cough), in addition to their corresponding quíntuple or sextuple and anti-rabics vaccines, as we have our pets and want to avoid any kind of unnecessary contagion. * We have many dogs that are happy to receive visits at their home, and they just want pampering and play! Other things to note * Rains affect entry and exit to the countryside due to the asphalt-free path, so we advise checking the weather before booking. * The posted price is for 2 days/ 1 night and per person (subject to possible changes arranged on the AirBNB page) * We take great care of the energy, that's why WE TURN OFF THE DEVICES WE don 'T USE!!! (lights, ventilation, heating, artifacts). * It is not allowed to cook elaborate meals (stews, pastries, condiment meals, etc.), due to lack of physical space and the scents generated. Only water is allowed, in the oven or microwave.
