Rent all 3 apartments to host your party of 6. The large studio has a 55" LED TV, AC and Wifi. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and all needed plates and cutlery. Transportation from the airport can be arranged. The space This upper unit overlooks the pool and shared deck area. There is a private (for upper unit only) patio with beautiful overland views. There is a BBQ on the lower deck for all to use. At the moment there is a temporary railing. The custom rails should be installed within a month or two. Guest access Guests of the Upper Apartment have exclusive use of the upper patio area. The pool deck, BBQ and front yard lounging area are all common use. Other things to note Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is permitted on the upper patio and the patio at the front of the house. Regardless, please be considerate of others when smoking. We have security cameras on property covering all exterior doors, shared spaces and the driveway.
