To avoid the risk of you realising your lockbox has been cut off as has been experienced by past guests, we have arranged for you to collect your key from a nearby Key Exchange Service located (400)m from your apartment. This is a 5 minute walk. This ensures the most seamless arrival. Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our guests generally choose to use Uber to collect the key and then continue on to the apartment. Uber is able to park outside the Key Exchange Service and wait for you. NOTE: From time to time, there may be a change to this process for reasons outside our control e.g. road blocks, a sudden change in operating hours of the Key Exchange Service. This will be communicated to all affected guests in advance. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SAME-DAY BOOKINGS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you definitely require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologize in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OTHERS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》For your safety and convenience, please do not use the property's mailbox/letterbox for receiving mail or packages.
