Perfect for a romantic vacation in the historic city center, shopping weekend or just a home base for exploring the area with your camera. The space Right above one of the Old Town Markets, the apartment is located in the very heart of the Prague city center. It's walking distance to basically anywhere - historical places to see, restaurants to have a good meal in, or bars to go to for a few beers or cocktails. Also 2 blocks from the subway station intersecting 2 routes that will get you anywhere else, with direct connection to the airport. You'll find within walking distance whatever you may need or want. And of course, we're here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access You have the whole place to yourself, except for a few cabinets and the storage room. The apartment is located two floors above the ground floor, and reaching it requires climbing approximately 60 steps. Check-in time availability prior to 3pm depends on whether other guests are leaving the same or previous day. For this reason, should you need to check-in before 10 am, you might need to book the previous night as well. But please check with us beforehand, I'm sure we can work something out. Other things to note Dear guests, We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration). A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions. Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures. Check-in and check-out outside our standard check-in/check-out hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge. If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies. The sofa can be prepared as a second bed upon request in advance. For reservations with 3 guests, it is always prepared as a bed. The entire listing is strictly non-smoking - including vaping and electronic cigarettes. Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am. Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet. Thank you for your understanding.
