Beautiful Pod, Glendalough Glamping (Adults Only)

Located on a naturally wooded hillside with extensive views of the mountains, we provide a close-to-nature experience. Wild deer and birds are seen regularly. Our premium, adult only (18+) glamping facility is located in the heart of the Wicklow mountains, only 200 metres from the Wicklow Way. We are just 50 minutes from Dublin, and accessible by bus. Our unique location provides rural seclusion whilst being within a 500m stroll of local shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport. The space Pods are accessible via a path from the reception building where you will find a fully equipped kitchen and spacious, clean toilets and showers. The Pods include heating, a fan, a kettle for tea and coffee, towels, a small sofa, and outdoor deck area with seating and table. They contain a comfortable double bed or can be set up with twin single beds, on request. Guest access The pods are serviced by the Glamping Lodge where visitors are greeted and checked in. Here, visitors also have access to an information display and reference library which has leaflets, books and maps of interest to the area. To the front of the lodge, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area offers visitors an ideal place to cook and dine whilst enjoying the view of the mountains beyond. To the rear of the lodge, you’ll find spacious, modern, and clean washrooms with showers. Further up the hill, our sheltered dining area offers panoramic mountain views and picnic tables that can be used in all weather conditions. There are additional toilets and a kitchenette to the rear of this building. Picnic tables are available around the site, there are BBQs, and local scenic walks and a small village are nearby. Other things to note Glendalough Glamping is a tranquil nature retreat. It is an adult-only destination, and we do not accomodate pets or campers.
