Welcome to Residência Teresinha, where you will find comfort, cleanness and friendly service. We aspire to make everyone feel at home while enjoying and exploring our beautiful green island! The space Guests will handed 1 key to the main entrance and 1 key to their designated bedroom/bathroom upon arrival. There must be respect and consideration at all times between guests. Shared areas kitchen/dining/living spaces are always to be kept tidy and clean (please clean up after yourselves). Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum after 11pm. A telephone is available for local calls and emergencies. Other things to note Please note: residence may be rented as fully private or by individual bedrooms each having its private bathroom, however living/kitchen/dining room will be shared. Rates are as follows: 120€/night fully private (entire house), bedroom 1 & bedroom 2 are 45€/night (1-2 guests), bedroom 3 is 55€/night (1-3 guests). Registration Details 1023/RRAL
